1. Scope of Service

lestetika provides on-site, customized mobile car detailing services at client-designated locations across authorized coverage regions in Europe.

Services are rendered on a custom, per-appointment basis following initial vehicle assessment and consultation.
Service availability, final quotes, and booking confirmation depend on location suitability, vehicle condition, and requested care packages.

2. One-Off Custom Booking & Reservation Deposit

One-Off Service Charge: All service reservations, deposits, and final service payments made on www.lestetika.com are single, one-off transactions.
No Recurring Charges: lestetika does not operate subscription models, automatic renewals, or recurring billing. You will only be charged for individual, custom services explicitly requested and approved by you.
Reservation Deposit: Initial payments submitted via www.lestetika.com represent a non-refundable reservation deposit used to lock in your preferred appointment time slot and mobile service deployment.
Final Pricing: The deposit covers the initial service reservation. Any remaining balance for custom work will be agreed upon and finalized upon physical evaluation of the vehicle prior to service execution.

3. Client Requirements & Service Location

To ensure successful delivery of custom mobile detailing services, the client agrees to provide:

Safe, lawful, and authorized access to the vehicle at the designated service location.
Sufficient physical working space around the vehicle for mobile detailing operations.
Accurate vehicle specifications and condition descriptions via our online consultation forms.

Requests to reschedule or cancel a booked service must be submitted in writing via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
* Failure to provide adequate notice or ensure vehicle access at the scheduled time may result in the forfeiture of the service reservation deposit.

5. Limitation of Liability

lestetika exercises professional care and industry-standard practices when providing custom vehicle detailing services. However, lestetika shall not be held liable for pre-existing vehicle defects, non-factory paint degradation, or underlying structural wear present prior to service commencement. Pre-service visual assessments are conducted to identify existing conditions.
